Work outside Texas is reviewed individually against scope, schedule and the trade coverage a project requires. We only commit where we can staff and supervise it properly.
Local Context
Different properties, different renovation needs
Older neighborhoods in Dallas and Fort Worth often need repair-first scopes — drywall and texture matching, trim replacement, wood repair and prep-heavy painting before any cosmetic upgrade holds up.
Newer suburbs tend to focus on finish upgrades: cabinet painting, flooring replacement, bathroom updates and punch or warranty work on recently built homes.
Multifamily and commercial properties are driven by turn time. Those scopes get consistent specifications, documented punch walks and schedules built around occupancy — the same standard we apply on any project we take outside the metroplex.
Regulated specialty trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing are coordinated with qualified trade partners when a project requires them.
