• Any pricing we discuss before a site visit is preliminary. A binding price requires a written proposal listing scope, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions.
• Written proposals are valid for the period stated on the proposal and may be revised if conditions, material costs or scope change.
• Work begins only after a signed proposal or contract and any agreed deposit.

Apex Renovations Co. performs remodeling and renovation scopes such as interior and exterior finish work, painting, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, light demolition, make-ready repairs and punch work.

Regulated specialty trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing are coordinated with qualified trade partners when a project requires them.

Permits, inspections and code compliance requirements are addressed on a per-project basis and identified in the written proposal.
