For General Contractors
A project-management-driven remodeling partner for GCs
How We Work
Seven commitments on every contracted scope
One accountable point of contact
You get a direct line to the person managing the scope — not a call center. Questions, change requests and field issues are answered by someone who knows the job.
Scope review
We read the plans, unit matrix or scope of work before pricing, flag conflicts and state assumptions so there are no surprise change orders later.
Clear proposals
Line-item proposals with inclusions, exclusions and unit pricing where it helps, formatted so your estimator can compare bids apples to apples.
Schedule awareness
Crews are staffed against your milestones, turn dates and inspection windows, with early notice when a predecessor activity slips.
Trade coordination
We sequence around adjacent trades and coordinate regulated specialty trades with qualified trade partners when a scope requires them.
Quality control
In-progress checks and a self-performed punch walk before we hand a scope back, so your walkthrough is a formality rather than a rework list.
Closeout support
Punch items tracked to completion with photo documentation, plus warranty response after turnover.

GC FAQ
Questions from estimators and project managers
Can you bid from a defined scope of work or a bid package?
Yes. Send the scope, plans, unit matrix or bid package and we will return a line-item proposal with assumptions and exclusions stated, so it can be compared cleanly against other bids.
Do you take on multifamily and tenant improvement scopes?
We support multifamily unit turns, common-area refreshes, tenant improvement build-outs and repeat repair scopes where a consistent specification is applied across many units or suites.
How do you handle punch lists and closeout?
Punch items are tracked against your list, assigned, corrected, verified in the field and returned with photo documentation so closeout is not held up by open items.
Who is our point of contact during the project?
One accountable point of contact manages scope review, scheduling, field coordination, quality control and closeout communication for the duration of the project.
