Living Through A Remodel
What it is like while the work is happening
Your home stays protected
Floors, doorways and finished surfaces are covered, dust is contained and work areas are cleaned at the end of the day.
You know the schedule
Start dates, key milestones and expected duration are set in the proposal, with updates if conditions or material lead times change.
Changes are documented
If something behind a wall changes the scope, you get a written change order with pricing before we move ahead.
Our Process
Six steps from first call to final walkthrough
- 01
Request an estimate
Send project details, plans or a scope of work through the free estimate form, or call our team directly.
- 02
Scope review & walkthrough
We review documents, walk the property or unit and confirm conditions, access, materials and site constraints.
- 03
Written proposal
You receive a line-item proposal with inclusions, exclusions, allowances and a realistic schedule range.
- 04
Scheduling & coordination
Work is sequenced around occupancy, turn dates or store hours, and trade partners are coordinated where required.
- 05
Build & quality control
Crews protect the space, execute the scope and check work in progress rather than at the end.
- 06
Punch & closeout
We complete a punch walk, correct open items and hand off with photo documentation and final cleanup.
Homeowner FAQ
Questions homeowners ask first
How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
Timelines depend on scope, material lead times and site conditions. A bathroom refresh is typically shorter than a full kitchen renovation. You receive a schedule range in your written proposal before work starts.
Do I need to move out during the remodel?
Most single-room projects can be completed while you stay in the home. Larger whole-home renovations are phased so living areas stay usable when possible. We will tell you honestly if a temporary move makes more sense.
Can you match existing paint, texture and trim?
Yes. Texture matching and trim profile matching are a routine part of our drywall, repair and finish carpentry work so repairs blend into the existing finishes.
Do you help with material selections?
We can provide product direction and allowances for flooring, cabinetry, tile, paint and hardware so your budget is realistic before installation begins.
